Hi doctor, my baby is 45 days old boy , he is not done motion from yesterday...he is trying to do but it's not coming plz suggest

A. Hello! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week as breastmilk produces very less waste. As long as there is no physical discomfort in the child, it is alright. Give Good tummy time every day. Use Babyhug tummy roll on for your baby
