Hi doctor, my baby is 4 months old.she is taking brestfeed, since last week she is suffering from loose motions please suggest medication for my daughter

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known ash gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high gradeg fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
