Hi doctor, My baby is 4 months 17 days old and on both breastfeed and formula feed, so can we start feeding little amount of banana or apple?

Nope Absolutely not you cannot start it before 26 weeks so have patience if your child is having breastfeeding and formula feeding continue with them there is a time to start things there is a protocol for this also that you need to follow for a healthy child so kindly wait for some more time
