ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom no both are not recommended as of now for them , as they won’t be able to digest well now . Weaning foods can be introduced from the age of 5 month onwards , initially start with liquid consistency foods and then gradually move to semi solids
