hi doctor my baby is 3year 9month olyhis teeth is fully decade and no teeth in front looks black and half teeth he can't eat properly and look very week getting tired soon what supplement can I give and how to overcome from the tooth decade can you suggest

You should consult your dentist regarding the issue they will be able to give you better clarity and if your child gets tired and is not feeling well or get sick occasionally or fast then in that case for building in immunity you should start with multivitamin an iron supplement
