Aren’t you brushing the mouth properly because what happens is when parents don’t clean the mouth or don’t brush properly or do not maintain oral hygiene with a toothpaste and toothbrush lot of times this can happen so you should brush the teeth properly and if the smell is coming you should consult the dentist once
