Hi doctor, My baby is 3 months and 14 days old. Past 2 wks he started taking too much vomit. I consulted the doctor as well and he suggested Domstal tonic for the baby to decrease baby vomit. But still he is taking vomit frequently.. Is there any solution or remedy that I can take to cure this issue?? is there any problem in that?

A. okay continue the medicine bb. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
