Hi doctor, my baby is 20 months old. Today she fell down from the bed.. heard loud thud sound. She calmed down in few mins. Anything to worry

Just monitor your child for 24 to 48 hours and if you see anything I’m normal with your child or anything which is unusual in your child’s behaviour sad and vomiting or something then you definitely should get a check with your doctor ones
