Q.

Hi doctor, my baby is 2 years old & I observed that where ever he pees ants come on it. from few days he has stomach pain as well & he's mouth smells very very bad. please tell me there is ntg to worry abt????? I'm very tensed

A. ants in urine is very common in infancy and in toddlers as many times parents are giving more sugary and sweet food to the child causing leakage of sugar / glucose in urine which attracts ants. usually it is a temporary phenomenon which does not require any lab investigation.d it is usually not related to diabetes. just decrease the amount of sugar and sweet the child is consuming and everything will be fine

A. Dr it’s very common to attract ants for the urine of the child but if your child is constantly complaining of stomach pain and there’s a foul smell from the mouth also and then maybe there is some infection that is why this could be happening without an assessment it’s very difficult to give you a clear picture so please consult your doctor once
