Hi Doctor My baby is 2.5 months old. Pls let me know when will her neck be strong means when can i stop supporting her neck while carrying her.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. neck holding of the child should be present by 4 months to maximum 5 months of age.
regular massage ofs the back as well as the neck will help in strengthening the muscles of this area.
if neck holding and head holding is not proper by the end of 5 moznths it is important to meet the doctor for examination to find the cause of delayed milestones
