Q.

Hi doctor, my baby is 17 months old she have only 4 tooth. Is this because of calcium deficiency??

A. There can be multiple reasons for delayed teething and one of that is deficiency in calcium. However, if you are certain that your baby received proper nutrition from breastfeeding or formula feeding, then i don't think calcium deficiency is the issue. Heriditary is Another more common cause for late teething
