Hi doctor my baby is 1.3 years old he is getting tears from only one eye and there is no redness or itchiness.what is the reason how to resolve it please suggest me.

A. If it has just started happening it has never happened before then maybe it’s just to do some meditation into the eyes you can clean the eyes regularly with cold water you can use a cotton dip in cold water and then you can clean the ice regularly with that you can just put a drop into the eye which is going to be good
