Hi doctor , my baby has having watery poop upto 10 to 12 times a day ( from past two days) as before he stool only one time in a day is that any problem plz tell me

A. hi friend your kids 3 months old it is having increased frequency of loose stools, continue direct breastfeeding and maintained adequate hydration, monitor urine output for the baby, if decreased , kindly consult a doctor ...
