hi doctor..my baby girl was 2years 3months old... after she turning she changed her sleeping time ..she slept around 12o clock am at night time..what to do suggest me

A. sleeping habits of toddler depends on family members's sleeping time and habits. first fill his tummy with father food before sleep time. do not indulge baby in heavy physical activity ,do not play more 1 hour before sleep, room temperature should be pleasent,
