hi doctor my baby girl is 7 month old having small pimples on her face basicy near the mouth and nose we are using candid dusting powder but there is no relief please help

This can be due to heat and sweating.
Keep the skin clean and dry.
Apply himalya calamine lotion on the nose and mouth area. This will help to give relief. Take care and all the best
