Q.

Hi doctor,My baby girl is 44 days old when she was born that time doctor said lite jaundice is there but no worry it will go by its own so we left but that lite jaundice makes me panic today i went for vaccination & I asked my pediatrician about jaundice so,He asked me to do blood test after seeing reports he said again lite jaundice when will it go?Should i eat non- veg or not because im feeding her ?

A. Dietary restrictions from pregnancy do not apply to breastfeeding moms. Vegetarian diets can be compatible with breastfeeding. If you avoid meat, make sure you eat other sources of iron and zinc such as dried beans, dried fruit, nuts, seeds and dairy.
