Q.

Hi doctor, my baby girl is 4 months old, she's having blocked nose problem for a week now.Consulted doctor prescribed nozcalm nasal drops. But, it has zero effect. Please suggest some better nasal spray for my baby.

A. babies below 1 year other than saline nasal drops cannot be advisablecold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
