hi doctor, my baby girl is 147 days old, problem is she is very thin and her weight also 6.5 kgs,she won't have milk properly she will take only 60 ml we tired to do demand feeding but she not drinking. I'm using formula milk for her what should I do for gaining weight.pls suggest.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, weight of 6.5 kg is absolutely normal for 147 days old baby, do not worry. If your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates good health. You should continue with formula till 6 months.
