slowly switch to semi solid mashed meals.

Rice And Apple are the best flavours to go for to begin with so you can start with either of the two that you are willing to a gradual if you want to continue to flavours are going to change over the time later they can introduce wheat another also so you just as of now go ahead with rice or Apple
