Hi doctor, my baby boy will be 10 months old in 2 days... and he has still not started teething... but he has white capping and irritability at times & also chews at things at times.

A. Hello good morning !! Generally teething starts around 7-11 months for few babies it takes time. As baby having hard gums,irritation ,biting toys,things are teething symptoms. Soothe with teethers,soothers ,finger foods helps in easing gum pain.
