hi doctor my baby boy was 7 month 27 days old ..he is suffering from fever and cough ...runny nose also ...but now it is 3 rd day the fever was continued ,,, I give colpal then hydrochloride suspension... also nebulizer also we give .. still fever continued what can I do

A. you have to take a follow up with your doctor because many times other medicines may be required after 3 days if it is not improving because it may be either viral or bacterial
