hi doctor my baby boy s having allergies like this n leg n cheecks... plz tell me what it is

It's better to consult a paediatrician and he will guide you better after examining the baby and also analysis it could be due to the weather change or dry skin or maybe some allergy keep the baby clean and hygienic apply some coconut oil on the affected area twice a day give plenty of water and also other liquids like coconut water buttermilk etc to keep the baby hydrated
