A. It’s common for babies around 12 months to go through phases where they lose interest in solids, often due to teething, growth spurts, or simply testing independence. Keep offering a variety of healthy, soft foods without forcing, and try making mealtime fun and relaxed. Sometimes changing the texture or presentation can help. Continue offering breast milk or formula as well for nutrition. If the refusal continues for more than a week or if your baby is losing weight or showing signs of illness, consult your pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.
