Q.

Hi Doctor, my baby boy is 6months old and he has renal pelvis dilation. How commonly it cures on its own ? Hope him to get better without any surgery

A. It’s better to consult a paediatric surgeon to examine it as mostly it gets cured on its own gut needs to be examined first so take consultation take care and stay safe
