hi doctor, my baby boy is 3 months old (breastfeeding). he is straining while passing gas and poop. also past few days we noticed a red colour spot on his diaper. can you please advise.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. common , due to gases.. Post feeding burping is important.
Practicing tummy time will help.
Massage on tummy in clockwise direction.
Apply hing paste around navel
look for diaper rash, or anal fissures.. apply to bact ointment on anal region.
