hi doctor my baby boy 7 months old holl night he is not passing urine he is in breastfeeding nights ..so I am not able to understand ..my feed not sufficient or is this normal can you please tell me

In a whole day minimum 8 to 10 times urine passes is necessary.
Make her habit to take fluid or BM prior to sleeping.
if she is actively playing eating and sleeping usually there is not a big concern.
But once you please consult your pediatrician.
Don't use RO water
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
