hi doctor, my baby age is 4 month 20 days , she is passing green colour liquid poop 8-9 times per day ,her weight is 5 k.g , and she is having rashes on her hip and anus area , kindly give us your suggestion regarding this

A. Rashes are due to loose motions and frequent cleaning or rubbing of skin so apply anti rash cream like ezinapi or Vaseline and start giving ORS and zinc drops to the baby and consult your doctor
