ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. For 7th month baby, give foods like ragi porridge, homemade cerelac, fruit purée, kheer. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Give top food 2 to 3 times a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
