hi doctor my baby 5monts old he is suffering from constipation. he is not pooping from 3days. he is try to a lot for poop he is granting sound all the day pls suggest what I do for clear this problem

A. my baby boy 1.5 month constipation rahti hai 2-3 me krta hai vo bhi thodi si or tait potty karta hai.....
