hi doctor my baby 3 month old he is pooping once a week and his stool is hard, he is grunting and feeling stress while he is pooping. is there any problem with my diet? can you please suggest me a solution

A. Hello mom yes could very possibly be the reason , as what ever you consume would have a direct effect on the baby . Take easy to digest food and keep your self hydrated with fluids . Massage your baby well .. and also at the abdomen and also stretches such as cycle movements etc
