hi doctor my age is 28 i have 2 sons elder boy has 7 y old another one has 3 y old. am studying mam my doubt is in this month my forehead spread like white bumps very painfully i used milk and rice flour but no use again coming

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It's better to consult a skin specialist once and get it checked and drink plenty of water and, eat more fruits avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sweets intake and keep the skin clean
