Hello ma’am Just like that I cannot advise you to go for any antibiotic and antibiotics are the last option that you have so just for the time being give paracetamol to your child to calm down the fever and also would advise you to give indirect steam to your child and nasal drops into the nose to open the blockage and some ginger juice with honey to your child to deal with cough
