Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be food reaction too so please don't get panic or it might happen because of cough. so if a child looks active enough ,take feeds/food and sleep well then no need to worry. just maintain proper hydration. give light food to eat
