Hi doctor, my 6 Yr old son is very hyperactive and also get angry and show tantrums for toys and becomes very cranky when we refuse for anything.

A. Normal behaviour of a child they think when they behave like this you are just going to do whatever they want to do and that’s when a lot of parents also fall down and do whatever they want to do because just to maintain peace just to stop the child from crying so during this time you have to stay strong you should divert your child don’t fulfil all the demands because the most of them are useless and unnecessary but if you keep doing it the child is going to get into this habit of getting them done so distraction is good and teach your child that this kind of behaviour is not going to lead you anywhere you’re not going to get what is not correct so it is better that we come on the terms that you will get everything which is feasible but unnecessary things are not going to be entertained
