Q.

Hi Doctor, My 5 months old baby has blocked nose and mild fever. He is not sleeping properly. Giving Nasal drops, Calpol syrup, synarest syrup from past 2 days. kindly suggest

A. stick to the good home remedies like steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops. If fever is high grade than do tepid sponging using tap or room temperature water. Consult your paedritician if Difficulty breathing or fast breathing
