Hi Doctor, My 45 days baby since last 1 Week she has the cold we went to a doctor and doctors suggested to using noise drops and nebulisor but they is no change in my baby what should we do please give me a suggestion

A. ir ksnth3 seasonal variation. Steam will be helpul in Cough and nasal blockage . Also can use nasoclear nasal drop or nasovion nasal drop for nasal blockage and them give steam to baby . If any respiratory difficulty then conult a pediatrician .
