Hi doctor My 4 months baby is having fever from 2 days it is being for 1 hr and after giving paracetamol drops it cools for 4 to 5 hrs and again it is coming with shivering will it any problem doctor gave only paracetamol drops

A. Itcan ve viral fever so repeat the dose after six hours and keep monitoring the temperature of the baby and keep feeding your baby well on regular intervals take care and stay safe
