hi doctor my 3 years old dom is having ear pain from yesterday can you please suggest some wax cleaning ear drops

Soliwax you can use in the night before your child goes to sleep but normally wax does not create this kind of a pain so if you do not get relief with the medicine that I’m suggesting you then you can consult an ENT doctor to know what exactly is the problem that is going to be important then
