Hi Doctor, My 3-year-old child accidentally fell backward from a bench at McDonald's. He cried a lot after the fall and eventually fell asleep. Since then, he hasn't spoken much, which is unusual for him. I'm concerned—could this be a sign of something serious?

Check the back of the head of your child maybe your child is genuinely got hurt and there are some swelling or something in that area and if your child cried for so long I think it’s a good time for you to see a doctor sometimes they can be an internal injury which which we don’t realise from the outer side and also sometimes getting so hot and in so much pain kids stay quiet so don’t just related to an internal injury but yes sometimes it can be seen
