Hi Doctor My 3-month-old baby is getting gas in the stomach.. can you plz suggest me the best medicine to overcome.

A. gi e neopeptine drops. apply hing paste around his or her navel and stomach He will be fine soon - tummy massage or applying gentle pressure to the baby’s belly, massaging the baby’s belly in gentle circular motions to help work out gas
