Hi doctor, my 28 days old baby is gaining 40 to 45 grams each day.. is this normal? or should gain more?

Yes A minimum gain of approximately 102 150 g in a week is considered very normal so your child is approximately gaining 40 to 45 g that’s going to be more than the minimum amount that a child should be having in a week so seems like a child child is giving good
