Hi doctor, my 20months old twin sons are biting each other. elder is biting his own hand. younger is biting the elder with full force. what to do? how to avoid this? how to treat this?

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question this very common with twins with that use physical force to express how they feel this is sometimes in the very excited or when they are afraid you'll just need to make sure there is someone always available around them and set them apart when you sense that there are about to harm each other and tell them in every come but in a very Stern voice that they should not be hurting each other
