Hi Doctor My 2 year old daughter has body temperature of 99.7 on digital thermometer and had vomit 2 hrs before. Please suggest what to do

Give paracetamol and medicine for vomiting if your child is having vomiting along with that you should also continue to give ORS water to the child for the time being which will help in maintaining hydration in the body and will also help in controlling vomiting
