Q.

Hi doctor, My 2 months baby has blood streaks in stools . After taking stool test doctor asked me to stop all diary related products. I have stopped since ten days how many days does it take to remove dairy allergens from my babys body still i cam see small blood dots in her stool.

A. this needs testing.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

A. hi mam,it is not predictable. but yes as babies grow ,it alright by the time . so as such no need to worry. just follow your treating doctor's advice.

Q. #asktheexpert When my baby was 6 months old, found blood in stool. We did occult blood test and found positive. After 2 course of antibiotics, Doctors Saïd she is allergic to diary products. So asked us to stop all diary products. It’s been an year we stopped using all diary products. And by Gods grace, no further symptoms.
