Hi doctor.. My 2.5 years old boy cries daily 2,3 times because of stomachache..what would be the reason for this?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently.
There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out.
Common causes are constigpation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection .
Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consuvlt your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
