Q.

Hi Doctor, My 2.3 years old baby have dry cough . could you please suggest Maxtra syrub or relent plus syrub which one is able to control the cough .. thanksnin advance

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavityz every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remediesx like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
