Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfhfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mum if your baby is able to speak few words like mama papa Baba and is able to make eye to eye contact with you when you are talking to him and if listening to you properly that means he is on the track and there is nothing to worry about
