Hi, doctor mine daughter is now 22 months old.she wakes up daily at mid night 1:30a.m and plays for 3 to 4 hour after play she goes to bed at morning 4:30 a.m but she eats properly at night .is it normal?

A. hi dear mum , children may awake at night because tgey are still learning to transition from onesleep cycle to anotger without waking up but u shd not encourage them to get active instead soothe them vack to sleep keep everything dull n quiet
