I Feel maybe your child has got cough in the throat or some other issue which is why this is happening you can start giving a ginger juice and honey mixture to your child to times in a day probably that should relieve it if you can add a bit of Tulsi to eat then nothing like it so just try this still if your child is not relieved then consult your doctor
