advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits.
when given in proper quantityc according to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplemcents from this food only.
this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child.
weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor .

use ayurvedic remedy to wash her hair
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
use simply purified water having tds higher Than 350
use more probiotics seasonal fruits and veggies.
