Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. for proper nutrition and you have to give food made at home. you have to prepare food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits. advisable to go for only seasonal fruits and vegetables and you can also prepare juice from fruits. when given in proper quantityc according to the need of the child then the child will get adequate nutritional supplemcents from this food only. this will help in improving the weight height growth immunity and nutrition of the child. weather any nutritional deficiency is there or not will de told by your doctor .

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent. please don't wash her hair too frequentl use ayurvedic remedy to wash her hair take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning use simply purified water having tds higher Than 350 use more probiotics seasonal fruits and veggies.
